Legal Secretary Cape Town CBD

Our Legal client is looking for a Legal Secretary with at least 5+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary.

Position Type: Permanent Half day (mornings only) (08h30 - 13h30)

Salary: Depending on experience

Requirements / Duties:

Must have Legal experience.
Secretary to three senior counsel
Manage telephone messages, appointments,
Maintain and pay suite, practice, and personal accounts, including VAT returns,
Maintaining records,
Liaise with attorneys, clients, court officials and colleagues,
Typing of legal processes,
Must have superior linguistic skills, Afrikaans, and English,
Maintain strict confidentiality of practice and personal information.
