JOB DESCRIPTION:

A niche boutique law firm in Queenswood, Pretoria is looking for a legal secretary to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for administrative support to the directors

Minimum requirements:

Matric/ Grade 12
1-3 Years minimum experience in a legal secretarial role
Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (Written and verbal)
Must have a good eye for detail and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

Draft letters, pleadings and affidavits dictated to the applicant by the directors
Tend to general administrative tasks as required from time to time
Diary management
Documenting financial information to draw up litigation invoices
