JOB DESCRIPTION:

A niche boutique law firm in Queenswood, Pretoria is looking for a legal secretary to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for administrative support to the directors

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • 1-3 Years minimum experience in a legal secretarial role
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (Written and verbal)
  • Must have a good eye for detail and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
  • Draft letters, pleadings and affidavits dictated to the applicant by the directors
  • Tend to general administrative tasks as required from time to time
  • Diary management
  • Documenting financial information to draw up litigation invoices
