SUMMARY:
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

  • Monitor telephonic legal advice provided to clients on the telephone 
  • Maintain service providers Service Level Agreements and contracts with service providers and clients 
  • Develop effective working relations and cooperate with claims and admin team throughout the entire case management process 
  • Take the extra mile and interact with clients to keep track of their case and to ensure satisfaction 
  • Does research as and when required; keeps abreast of the most frequently requested aspects of the law 
  • Ensures that all requests for standard documentation are accurate and relevant  Participate in coaching sessions to update the team and to improve performance
  •  Monitor administration of legal cost insurance claims within turnaround time and policy terms and conditions 
  • Estimate management 
  • Continuous client feedback – ensure customer satisfaction

General 

  • Recruiting, interviewing and orienting new staff members. 
  • Monitoring and evaluating staff performance.
  • Managing a departmental budget and forecasting budgetary requirements
  • Oversee FAIS representatives.

Requirements:

  • LLB 
  • Admitted Attorney
  • Min 2 years supervisory experience
  • Insurance and Claims experience – required
