JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established firm based in Pietermaritzburg is seeking a candidate who is able to work under pressure and must be able to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must be able to draft the following processes
  • Letter of demand
  • Summons
  • Default Judgment
  • Warrant of execution

 

Further to the above Candidate must possess well developed written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer literacy skills to prepare schedules and capture, save, retrieve, organise, scan and index documents and e-mail correspondence.
