POSITION INFO:

Our client, a property market Leader in South Africa, are currently looking for a Legal Collections Administrator, who can start as soon as possible, or immediately at their offices in Stellenbosch.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Legal collections background beneficial
• Previous admin work experience required
• TPN Computer Literate
• Bilingual

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Following debt collection processes
• Blacklisting
• TPN updating and monitoring
• Tenant movement administration
• Checking lease agreements
• Resolving daily queries
• Basic reconciliation of accounts
• Liaise with other departments to gather information and resolve queries
• Reporting to management
