Legal Adviser - North West Province - Commercial contracts

SUMMARY:
Legal Adviser with B.Com LLB qualifications + 3 years post admittance specialisation in commercial law with contracts, property Law, Consumer Protection Law.

POSITION INFO:

Salary: R395 - 500 total cost to company - dependant upon experience.

Start date: 1 June

 Our esteemed national client, within the FMCG industry, has a position for a proactive and energetic legal adviser. This position will be based in Potchefstroom 

Essential qualifications and skill set:

• B.Com LLB essential
• Plus a minimum of at least 3 years post admittance experience.
• Experience in Commercial Law is essential

• Beneficial if also experienced in:
• Drafting of contracts, 
• Consumer Protection Law, 
• Intellectual Property Law or Property Law)

• Languages: fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Software program knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams
