1. An in-depth knowledge of the theory and application of Pharmacy Practice
2. Experience in the facilitation of teaching and learning as well as development of curricula and learning material, in the areas of Pharmacy Practice
3. Experience in the creation of knowledge through the successful teaching and supervision of under- and postgraduate Pharmacy students
4. Proven track record in participation in Pharmacy profession/stakeholder liaison and networking
5. Experience in the implementation of blended learning technologies
6. Experience in research and have publications in relevant accredited and peer-reviewed journals
5. Sound organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
6. Excellent computer skills in the MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
