Leasing Accountant (Contract)

A well-established company in the retail industry is now midway in launching a new system and looking for someone to assist on a 6month contract with ad - hoc tasks to support the project team. The ideal individual for this role will have hands-on experience with financial management and sales.
This role will require an individual with a passion for financial analysis, property management and management accounting.  
The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Property Tax reporting
• Sales Tax reporting
• Billing
• Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Leasing
• General Ledger reconciliations
• Ad – hoc Tasks

As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running solid prior experience is essential.
The requirements:
Qualification:

• Completed B. Com accounting degree or B. Tech degree in cost and management accounting
• Completed Honours will be advantageous
• CIMA will be given preference

Experience:

• 4 -6 + years’ experience within a similar role

Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel experience will be advantageous
• Deadline driven
