SUMMARY:
Lease Administration:
* Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
* Track important lease dates (rent reviews, expirations, escalations, etc.).
* Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations.
Project Coordination:
* Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
* Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
Financial & Administrative Support:
* Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations.
* Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses.
* Prepare reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets.
* Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.Compliance & Risk Manag
Compliance & Risk Management:
* Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for leases and projects.
* Assist in resolving lease disputes and property-related issues.
* Conduct periodic reviews of lease and project contracts.

POSITION INFO:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

SKILLS
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE
2 -3 Years experience in lease administration, property management, or project coordination is preferred.
