Lease Administrator

SUMMARY:
The purpose of the Lease Administrator is to manage the leasing administrative functions in the centre. This role is responsible for leasing and collections management as well as reporting. This role produces accurate turnover rent reports and manage turnover rentals on an ongoing basis.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Centre Weekend Duties
• Assist GM, CFM and Operations Manager with monitoring the effective use of cost control measures and indicates whether invoices are within or out of budget (variance reporting)
• Assist with budget queries with respect to actual cost vs budgeted cost
• Execution of tenant vetting process as per company policy
• Monitors and maintains standard, procedure and policies to lease administration and capturing thereof onto the accounting system.
• Monitors the lease tracking register for the building.
• Compiles offer to lease documentation and monitors timelines accordingly. 
• Manage tenant profiles on the accounting system.
• Play a support role to the Finance Administrator in debt managent
• Support Gm and CFM ensuring accurate and timeous reporting 
• Provides the following reports fo the monthly management packs:

Building Lease Profile Report

Vacancy Report

Lease Expiring report

Tenancy Schedule

• Support the Finaance Administrator in debtors accounting function
• Montlhy collection of turnover figures from all active retailers and capturing on Property Management System for Mall Performance purposes
• Risk Management

Requirements:

• Matric Relevant Financial qualification (advantageous) 
• 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role within a property environment
• Broll system knowledge would be an advantage
