Job Description
Our client is seeking a Sr. Financial Accountant to join the Lease Accounting team, at a leading company. This individual will support the overall lease accounts and support the month end financial dept.
Responsible for:
Perform monthly financials
Prepare monthly activities including journal entries related to lease expenses and accruals
Provide financial impact on local leasing
Review new or amended lease agreements
Validate all related data within the lease accounting systems
Maintain the integrity of data within the lease accounting systems for the local lease portfolio
Good IFRS knowledge
Assist on process transformation projects
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in accounting is essential
3+ years in a similar environment
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong excel experience
