Learning and Development Facilitator - Northern Suburbs Cape Town - EE/AA

SUMMARY:
Calling all Facilitators!

POSITION INFO:

My client a leading Retailer seeks a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join their Learning Centre based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town (Tygervalley area)

Requirements:

Facilitation experience of at least 3 years ESSENTIAL
Retail experience would be an advantage
Registration as a Facilitator and/or Assessor with the ETDP SETA and/or W&R SETA would be an advantage
Qualification in Human Resources or related field ESSENTIAL

OEDTP Diploma will be a huge advantage
Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective writing and speaking skills in English
Must have a code 08 driving license 

SA Citizens only

Must be Criminal Clear

Must reside in the greater Cape Town area.

Duties:

Facilitate classroom-based and store-based operational, managerial and HR interventions
Report on operational learnerships and store-based learning initiatives
Report on all operational, managerial and learnership areas
Provide a learning and development consultative service to Divisional HR Managers and Operations.
Conduct all ETDP functions (Facilitate, Assess, Moderate and Mentor)
Attend relevant meetings and maintain administration

Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to psychometric assessments
