Calling all Learning and Development Facilitators in Namibia
POSITION INFO:
My client a leading Retailer seeks a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join their Divisional Offices in Windhoek, Namibia.
Requirements:
Facilitation experience of at least 3 years ESSENTIAL
Retail experience would be an advantage
Registration as a Facilitator and/or Assessor with the ETDP SETA and/or W&R SETA would be an advantage
Qualification in Human Resources or related field ESSENTIAL
OEDTP Diploma will be a huge advantage
Must be a Registered Assessor
Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective writing and speaking skills in English
Must have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel
Namibian Citizens only
Must be Criminal Clear
Must reside in Namibia
Duties:
Facilitate classroom-based and store-based operational, managerial and HR interventions
Report on operational learnerships and store-based learning initiatives
Report on all operational, managerial and learnership areas
Provide a learning and development consultative service to Divisional HR Managers and Operations.
Conduct all ETDP functions (Facilitate, Assess, Moderate and Mentor)
Attend relevant meetings and maintain administration
