POSITION INFO:

Marshalls World of Sport is currently looking for a dynamic individual who is energetic and passionate about learning and development and willing to travel. The position will be based in KZN.

Purpose of the Job
To deliver learning interventions in order to meet organisational human competency  needs in line with the group learning and development framework, SETA expectations  and the organisations strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Develop Learning material - essential 
Compile ATR’s and WSP’s for SETA approval - desirable
Working knowledge of BBBEE’s effect of Skills development - desirable
Design, implement, co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of learning interventions in line  with the approved Learning calendar, budget and business requirements - essential  Facilitation of Marshalls World of Sport Learning programmes to meet learning outcomes  and business objectives. - essential                                                                            To evaluate and report on the delivery of learning interventions, transference of learning  and behavioural changes in line with policies, standards and business requirements -      essential                                                                                                                  To comply with group policies, quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements   - essential

Experience
2-3 years’ experience in learning and development as a trainer - essential               Highly desirable: experience in a Gambling/betting environment                                  Working knowledge of Learning methodologies - essential                                            Working knowledge of Learning and development theories and principles – essential      Working exposure to the Skills Development Act - essential

Qualifiations
Facilitation and presentation skills – essential Qualifications
Essential: 3-year Degree / Diploma (HR, BCom, BA or B Soc)
Desirable: Registered Assessor and Moderator
Previous SDF exposure desirable
Code AB [8] drivers’ licence
