Learning Facilitator

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Learning Facilitator to join a company in the Financial Services Industry.

Key requirements are as follows:-

  1. Diploma or Degree in HR or related field - Essential
  2. Wealth management qualification will be Advantages
  3. ODETDP qualification 
  4. 4- 6 years’ experience in the in learning and development within a financial services environment - Essential
  5. 4 - 6 years related experience working in employee benefit/retirement funds and group risk environments - Essential
  6. 4 - 6 years technical training experience in a retirement fund/insurance environment - Essential
  7. Previous experience in the development of e-learning material will desirable
