JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose:

Identify training requirements through partnership with business, manage projects to design training content and facilitate the training material to all stakeholders. To develop and deliver innovative training content that aligns to the business needs.

Qualifications:

Incumbent must have completed 1 of the following:

National Diploma in Human Resource Management

Facilitate learning using a variety of given methodologies -Advantageous

Train-the-trainer - Advantageous

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years experience in training content development, E-learning and facilitation.

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and managing activities to meet multiple competing deadlines.

Competencies:

Knowledge:

Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

Expert experience with E-learning platforms and digital/ virtual learning

Understanding and knowledge of EE, WSP, ATR and BBBEE

Skills

Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing

Ability to work in a team in achieving agreed objectives

Ability to create rapport at all levels in different divisions

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an expert level

Learning content design

Delivery and facilitation of learning programs
