Learning & Development Consultant / Practitioner

The Company is offering a temporary (Fixed term contract for approximately 5 months) position that has come up within their internal Training Academy for a Learning & Development Practitioner.Reporting to the - National Training and Compliance Manager

Key relationships;Business Unit Managers, Company Academy Assistant, HR Department, Payroll and Finance

Job Purpose: Ensure the smooth operation of the L&D department, which includes all coordination, and administration of activities and processes in relation to administering of the Study Bursaries for employees , and the BIL learnership requirements.

Qualifications Required:

• Study towards or a qualification with Facilitating, Couching & Mentoring Skills
• A National Diploma in Occupational Drirected - Education Training and Developmet NQF L5
• Plus minus 3 years experince in a similar Enviromnemt 
• TETA knowledge, legislation and workings would be highly beneficial.

•  Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PoperPoint at a expert level

  Details:

• The position is predominantly Administration and coordination based, dealing with internal and external Learnerships, internal study bursary applications and other training related matters. 
• The successful incumbent must have proven experience in an administrative Learning & Development space.
• Internal moderator and assessor processes and procedures would be highly beneficial
