SUMMARY:
An energizing 12-month Learnership opportunity that focuses on training and development within the leadership and effective communication space resulting with a NQF Level Qualification at the end of the Learnership. The Learnership opportunity will have the individual working as a Recruitment Administrator and is looking for a zestful and enthusiastic individual to join the company’s dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Main Duties: 

  • Updating the Online Recruitment Platform
  • Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts and generating and issuing the internal weekly
  • Typing of CV’s
  • Finding candidates and matching them to vacant posts
  • Arranging interviews, liaising with line managers and candidates; booking rooms, preparing interview schedules and issuing supporting paperwork and documentation.
  • Notifying unsuccessful candidates at the conclusion of each campaign, dealing with requests for interview feedback
  • Scheduling interviews and meetings
  • Conducting employment checks for successful candidates
  • Assist with various recruitment projects
  • Assisting with any other administration functions
