SUMMARY:
Our client is looking at giving people with disabilities anywhere in South Africa the opportunity to study for free while starting their own business venture and earning a stipend. It will be a 12 month online course called New Venture Creation Course. The learners will earn a stipend of R1 250. A 30 gig per month data bundle is part of every learner's stipend.
