JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Learner provides administrative support to the Aesthetics Commercial Team of the company and assists the team in preparing, initiating and managing admin responsibilities. Assists with Vendor Payments according to local Finance processes and ensures all relevant documents are ready and prepared in line with compliance. Works closely with entire commercial team to streamline processes and provide support to implement critical work deadlines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

ØLogistical / Administrative support for events, congresses and meetings:

ØSupport Events Planner in marketing plans.

ØAttendance registers to be filled.

ØAssist with general housekeeping and meeting set-up.

ØProvide logistical support during events as required.

Ø

ØManaging and preparing of documents:

ØFile, scan and save documents effectively.

ØManage the “procurement to pay” by attaining the necessary documents.

ØLiaise with appropriate stakeholders.

ØAlign with events planner and marketing coordinator on quotes.

Ø

ØGeneral admin support for commercial team:

ØManage the marketing material stock with warehouse.

ØEnsure correct material is sent to the commercial team.

ØAlign with necessary stakeholders in reference to approvals of material.

ØProvide support to commercial team with admin requests.

Minimum Requirements:

ØEducation & Experience:

ØUniversity degree: Bcom Marketing.

ØFluency in English and preferably one other language.

ØStrong analytical skills.

ØAbility to multi-task.

ØTeam player.

ØExcellent communication skills.

Ø

ØEssential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials):

ØCommitted, credible and enthusiastic with an action-oriented approach.

ØDemonstrated abilities in Cross Functional collaboration and working.

ØExcellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

ØStrong inter-personal, motivational skills.

ØExperienced using a range of IT packages, including copy approval system, databases and Microsoft software to a high standard.

ØExcels in a fast paced and dynamic environment, calm under pressure.
