SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Manage and provide work practice support and coordination of the manufacturing development function to the production department.

Coordinate and serve as a quality expert in problem solving tools such as DMAIC, 5 Why''s, RCA, Fishbone analysis, WWBLA, FMEA.

Facilitate improvements of best operating practices.

Lead continuous improvement projects and problem solving.

Control manufacturing development expenditure within budget and cut down cos

Register all documents in the plant and keep Master Control Lists of all internal and external controlled documents.

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 6 months - 18 months experience in an FMCG manufacturing plant is preferable.
Experience in Lean / Six sigma / TPM is desirable.
A BSc / BEng / BTech in Industrial Engineering is essential.
