My client within the Financial Services industry is seeking to appoint a Lead Programme Desing and Pricing Specialist. This role is remote for now.

Job Description

• Outline clear and compelling vision in terms of rewards, translating the vision into a set of clear and actionable initiatives.
• Set and communicate a long term strategy that clearly articulates strategic targets and metrics to align the delivery of agreed strategy against the business strategic objectives and targets and shareholder expectations
• Significantly improve customer and market perception 
• Enhance customer engagement and experience through innovative new engagement experience
