Lead Generation Agent

POSITION INFO:

A well established company based in the Cape Town CBD is looking to employ and experienced Lead Generation Agent ? Sales Agent to join a new and developing division within their organisation.

Responsibilities (including but limited to):

• Call customers who have responded to the company’s outbound marketing campaigns from various mediums (e.g. website, SMS, email).
• Effectively generate sales leads utilizing company systems 
• Understanding all sales and marketing aspects within the business
• Gain knowledge of products offering and target market
• Reporting and performance tracking across various product sets
• Meeting targets and KPIs set out by management

Experience / qualifications required:

• Degree or College Diploma/Certificate
• Ability to communicate comfortably with high level clients
• Ability to use intuition and analytical skills to get the best outcome
• Outbound sales experience (advantageous)
• Well-developed listening and communication skills
• Strong command of the English Language
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Docs)
• Able to negotiate effectively and handle client objections
