Lead Developer (Development and Engineering) - Centurion -

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

vRelevant Degree or Diploma or Relevant Work Experience required.

vTraining on related areas and skills would be advantageous.

vDegree / Diploma with 6+ years of relevant work experience or 2+ years of relevant work experience.

vPersonal Skills:

oHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality.

oGood inter-personal skills.

oTeam player.

oEncourages collaboration and delivering within the delivery processes.

oAble to work effectively within a team.

oAbility to maintain personal growth and continuous improvement.

vIT Skills:

oExperience in SCRUM AGILE methodology.

oExperience in C++, C#, .NET Core, WCF and WebAPI required.

oExperience in writing conformant and portable C++, targeting both Linux and Windows systems an advantage.

oExperience with Azure DevOps (GIT and TFS) or MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) would be advantageous.

oExperience in SQL Server 2016/9 required, including:

•Relational database design.

•Extensive and complex SQL queries.

•Experience in SQL Reporting Services advantageous.

oWriting high performance and scalable multi-threaded systems experience advantageous.

oService Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience and Microservices Architecture beneficial.

oMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP) designation is advantage.

oExposure to good coding standard practices and source code configuration management.

oExperience in SOLID, KISS, TDD, DDD and Clean Coding practices advantageous.

vOther Requirements:

oAssist with tasks as assigned from time to time.

oMight be required to work extended hours – as and when agreed.
