Laundry Unit Manager position available in the Sandton area in the healthcare industry.

POSITION INFO:

Our Client based in the Sandton Area is urgently looking for a candidate with the following experience to join their team:-

• Matric Essential
• Min of 2 years middle management experience in a production / services related field

• Comprehensive understanding, knowledge and experience in the different audit process in a healthcare environment.
• In Depth understanding of the supply and demand chain
• Understanding of labour relations, grievance procedures and disciplinary procedures
• Working knowledge of budgets and expenses
• Effectively manage the day to day business
• Efficiently manage customer relations
• Ability to implement and maintain systems and procedures to ensure on time delivery in full at all times.
• Efficiently manage people, equipment and facilities
• Control financial resources
• Ability to identify equipment / machine related problems and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Ability to compile, distribute and submit all relavant reports
• Monitor and maintai stock levels
• Must be fluent in English
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have own transport and valid drivers licence
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends, overtime and public holidays when required.
