Manufacturing company looking for a Late Shift Manager (12pm - 9pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Relevance Bachelors Degree
  • Drivers license
  • Forklift license (highly beneficial)
Requirements
  • Must have experience working on SAP / Qwix
  • Experience in conducting disciplinary hearings, coaching and mentoring staff
  • Logistics Management experience
  • WMS experience
Duties
  • Plan, organise and maintain customer relationships
  • Lead their team, not from the office, but with a hands on involved approach
  • Flexibility to work in a changing, fast paced environment
  • Communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Meet deadlines
  • Present and report.
