POSITION INFO:

Our Well Established Client based in Pretoria is urgently looking for Dynamic candidate to join their team.

Laser Manager

• To schedule, oversee and manage the entire Laser Department including all scheduling.
• Schedule and log all job cards ready to be laser cut
• Maintain the Porduction Schedule
• Ensure all materials are available when needed
• Complete all Job cards to document conforming jobs before releasing them to the next manufacturing process
• Raising all NCR''s in i]line with the Company''s Quality Protocols
• Administer and resolve all NCR''s from Laser Jobs
• Staff supervision
• Ensure all machines are in correct working order and ensure planned maintenance schedule is kept up to date
• Internal Audits
• Attend Production meetings
• Ensure all jobs conform to clients requirements and all paperwork is completed correctly
• Working knowledge of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008
• Oversee the Recruitment, Selection and appointment process of staff
• Ensure that the disciplinary procedures of the Company are adhered to
• Structure succession planning
• Identify training and development needs in staff
• Must have knowledge of the BCOE, LRA, OHSA
• Must have a relevant Degree/Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience working in a Manufacturing Environment at a Managerial Level
