POSITION INFO:

A leading multinational Property company is seeking a Land Management Specialist to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strong negotiator with Environmental, Town Planning and Legal experience.

Education:

Relevant Diploma/Degree, or extensive related experience

Skills/Experience required:

5 – 8 years working experience in a similar role
Telecommunications experience preferred
Experience dealing with landlords
Property Management
Proven negotiation experience
Property Acquisition

Job Description:

Negotiating lease renewals
Exercising lease term options
Organic tenant growth and strategic positioning
Notarial leases – execute on 99-year leases to contribute to overall reduction in weighted average
Managing Land requirements for product portfolio ensuring time to market, immediate execution,
and negotiation
- DC and Solar rollout
- Collocation
- Fibre
Management of Risk Sites that could lead to decommissioning, New Nominal identification, Legal
proceedings with reduction of provisions where possible
Land Portfolio Management – Management of diverse and complex portfolio of sites
Landlord Relations – Complex Problem-solving of Day-to-Day site issues
