Job Description

Lady - Workshop / Stores Administrator with experience gained within industrial pumps, generators, valves, gearbox workshop and stores environments

Job purpose (including but not limited to):

Job cards
Stock control
Processing and matching, batching shipping doc''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s, invoices, orders, delivery notes, GRV''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s etc
Costing shipping costs and job cards
GRV of local and foreign imports / orders
Ordering of tools and consumables for stores internal use

Minimum requirements :

Pastel Evolution system preferably with related MS Excel experience

Salary offer: R15,000.00 /month
