POSITION INFO:

Job Description and Requrments:

Junior labour attorney with experience in employment related matters and is able to work independently.
The candidate should have experience is prosecuting internal disciplinary hearings, acting for employer at CCMA, Labour Courts.
The candidate must be able to draft own papers without the assistance of counsel.
The candidate must at least have 2-4 years post articles.
Must be able to work independently
