SUMMARY:
We are looking for a candidate with a vast experience in BBBEE-related matters, that can form part of a major Labour Law Consultancy.

This role is for Port Elizabeth

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Keeping up to date with changes and amendments to BBBEE legislation;
Advising clients regarding BBBEE compliance and spending;
Compiling BBBEE plans relating to BBBEE compliance;
Compiling BBBEE verification documentation for verification;
Calculating BBBEE scores;
Assisting clients during BBBEE verifications;
Attending Employment Equity submissions;
Employment Equity meetings with workplace committee;
Obtaining the necessary information from employers to submit EE reports;
Skills Development facilitation
