Labour Broker Ops Manager

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a well experience, well driven, customer focussed candidate to join our team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Drivers License
• 5-10 years experience in the field of a Labour Broker in the Middelburg and Surrounding areas in Mpumalanga.
• 3 years experience in a similar Management role.
• Stable Client Basis.
• Be customer focussed, organising meetings with customers and servicing employees and customers on a daily basis.
• Sales Driven with a proven track record in the Recruitment/Labour Broker field.
• Accidents and incidents investigations - Handling Injury on Duty claims.
• Managing company assetts i.e. Vehichles, PPE etc
• Solving wage queries and invoice queries for various clients.
• Able to assist with quotations.

Renumeration is negotiable depending on experience. Commission structure in place.
