Labour Attorney
Reputable progressive practice is looking for a qualified experienced labour lawyer who likes to work independently and would welcome the challenge of growing the division. Excellent organisational ability, strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills essential.
Minimum requirements:
LLB with articles complete
4 years post admission experience
Sound Industrial Relations experience – disciplinary hearings, policy and procedures, union engagement, incapacity, work performance, understanding the workings of the CCMA
