POSITION INFO:

Lab Technician-Chemical Lab – Athlone - R9700 per month

 

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Food Technology /Chemical or Microbiology
• Dairy Experience (1 –2 years) Ideally
• 2 Years’ Experience in a Laboratory Environment
• 1 Year Experience in a Production Environment
• Shift Work-Night Shift & Weekends
• Must reside in the surrounding areas
• Clear Criminal record
• Matric

 

Key Performances:

• Perform chemical analyses on raw milk products, samples of product & finished products as per prescribed procedures & practice
• Ensure food safety standards & key account specifications are complied with during raw milk intake, pre-production, in & post production phases
