Our client is a medium sized construction company that specializes in the construction of offices, industrial buildings, retail, educational buildings, luxury housing, tenant installations, and renovations.

Job Description

In this position you will be reporting to the director. Your duties includes:

• Able to understand drawings
• Management of sub-contractors and teams
• Quality control
• Reporting

Your subordinates will include: Health & Safety; Foremen; Sub-Contractors – Approx. 30 to 50 staff in total

Scope of project:  Refurbishment of a Building in Pretoria –  +/- R30m

Qualifications

•  BTech / Diploma Building /  Construction Management

Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Agent
• In-Win (Similar to BuildSmart, also OK) and CCS
• Can converse in Afrikaans
