Our client is a multi-disciplinary company specializing in commercial, retail, mining, residential, industrial projects and more.

Job Description

In this position you will be reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Sub-Contractor payments
• Scheduling invoices to clients
• Cost reports
• Claims
• Generate payment certificates
• Manage Jnr QS with measurements

You will have a Junior QS reporting to you

Job scope: Hospital projects  mostly

Qualifications

• B Tech / BSc in Quantity Surveying

Skills

• +5 years’ experience
• CCS preferably but not vital
