Our client specializes in the full construction spectrum and are divided into Building &  Civil Construction,.

Job Description

This position will require you to report to a Commercial Director and QS in the company.

• Costings
• Site measurement
• Evaluations
• Evaluation claims
• Site based

This is a 24 month contract, based in Lesotho. You should be willing to work in remote areas. The scope of project:  Commercial project – Value of R450 mil

They also have other projects in Africa & it is very likely that the position might extend.

Qualifications

• BSc/B.Tech in Quantity Surveyor

Skills

• 5 years’ experience – Commercial
• CCS
