Job Description

In this position your duties will include but not limited to:

• Standardize all works between the sites on a QS responsibilities
• Manage all commercial and costs relating aspects to building projects
• Minimizing the cost of a project and to increase value for money
• Ensuring statutory building regulations are met
• Appointing and managing subcontractors contractual and financial facets on the project
• Material management oversight and order approvals
• Monitoring variations orders

Qualifications

• BTech / BSc in Quantity Surveying

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in in QS within the building & construction industry. Residential Construction experience will be a bonus.
• Experienced in CCS & QTO or Cost X
