Job Description

 

In this position you will be reporting to the directors, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Site visits
• Tenders
• Cost Control
• BOQ’s
• Track progress of projects
• Office or home based

Scope of job projects you will be involved in are:  Low cost housing, Commercial & Retail Buildings.

Need to be ready to travel throughout Kwazulu Natal – own transport

Be ready to work from home if required (lockdown)

 

Qualifications

 

• BSc QS + Any other qualification in Engineering will be a bonus

 

Skills

• Minimum 5 years'' of experience
• Proficient in Win QS
