Our client is a medium sized construction company that specializes in the construction of offices, industrial buildings, retail, educational buildings, luxury housing, tenant installations, and renovations.

Job Description

In this position you will be required to report to the Project Manager. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Understanding of drawings
• Management of sub-contractors
• Quality control
• Assist CM with reporting

This position is for a specific project [Residential – 100 bed residence] for 10 months. Could become permanent but not certain.

Qualifications

• BSc/BTech/Diploma Building / Construction Management

Skills

• Minimum 10 years’ experience
• MS Office
