Job Description

In this position you will be working closely with the Estimating Manager. Your duties will comprise of the following:

• Provide an effective & efficient estimating function
• Acquiring & analyzing tender documents
• Prepare Bill of Quantities
• Governance & Safety
• Manage stakeholder relationships

You will be required to attend various meetings and discussions (both internal and external).

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qual would be an advantage.

Skills

• BuildSmart (pref)
• CCS
• +8 year''''s experience in Building; Civil experience will be a bonus
