Our client provides a broad spectrum of integrated highly specialized skills in the retail, commercial, industrial and residential sectors of the construction and property industry.

Job Description

As the Intermediate QS, you will be reporting to one of the Directors.  You will be working on Commercial & residential building projects. Your duties will include the following:

• Feasibility studies to estimate materials required
• Negotiating costs
• Ability to manage VO (Variation Orders)

You will be mainly office based but at the same time willing to “get your hands dirty”

Qualifications

• BSc/B.Tech in Quantity Surveyor

Skills

• MS Office
• CCS
• 8+ year''''s experience
