SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility is managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

POSITION INFO:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
o Highly organised and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
o Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
o Ability to build effective relationships
o Competent in problem solving (problem analysis), planning and decision making
o Employee relations and conflict management skills
o Relevant Legislative knowledge (Road Traffic & OHS legislation)
o Drivers license and own transport
o Able to handle extreme pressure, prioritize and multi-task

Requirements

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management
Relevant computer software (Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel)
7 years’ experience within the relevant field of which 4 years’ experience must be at Management level
Working knowledge of vehicle tracking
Working knowledge of fuel management
