LLB Attorney with Tax - Gauteng - Jhb Northern Suburbs

POSITION INFO:

Our client, within the financial sector, is looking to employ a LLB Attorney with Tax to join their team at their Johannesburg offices. The ideal candidate must be well-equipped to handle high pressure environment, and have experience in tax law.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in tax law
  
• Must have a Degree in relevant field
  
• Reside in Johannesburg
  
• Excellent communication skills
  

Duties:

• Manage own clients
  
• Draft legal opinions
  
• Conduct research on various areas of law
  
• Advisory and compliance
  
• General tax advice
  
• Assist other staff members and consultants with legal research
  
• Review opinions and articles by internal staff members / attorneys
  
• Invoice clients and tracking billables
  
• Assist Line Manager/Director with various requests
  
• Drafting of contracts and internal company contracts
