Job Description

My client is looking for a QC/ Lab Manager with at least 8 years experience working in a lab with basic analytical equipment and sensory evaluation of product.   The responsible person position will run the lab, which has  5 subordinates  smoothly.  Record-keeping to be immaculate and you will need to develop systems if any are missing.  It is a fairly agricultural setup – and the person must be comfortable dealing with Agricultural products in a fairly rural type of environment.    Must of course known and work with FSSC 22 000 etc.  Ideally should have roots in Polokwane and want to relocate back home or live currently in Polokwane.

Qualifications

Food Tech Diploma or equivalent and 8 years in QC including 4 years in Management.
