Job Description

My client is looking for a Food Scientist with at least 6 years experience in Sweet Flavour Development.  This is not an Applications Technologist position, but someone who can work with the flavours themselves and modify them by adding different top notes, complimentary flavour notes and aromas.    Must be familiar with the Chemistry of Flavours.  I am looking for someone with a pioneering spirit and an entrepreneurial flair who is willing to be the go-to person for all flavour development.

Qualifications

BSc or post-graduate qualification in Food Science or Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
