SUMMARY: BAKERY MANAGER / SPECIALIST
POSITION INFO:
A well-known baked goods supplier
Looking for a candidate with a formal tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalent and post-graduate Bakery training with at least 8 YEARS experience in the Bakery Industry. Would ideally have experience in a Retail Bakery. Must have a great idea of Food Safety as well as a good idea on store operation because you will be responsible to ensure the profitability of different shops. Must be able to troubleshoot effectively. Assist with Training and Development. Fundamental knowledge of business required and how to read a P&L and improve on results.
Tertiary Qualification in Food Science or equivalent followed by specialist Bakery training.
Self-driven, self-motivated. Must get along with people and be able to give correction and guide staff.
