LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY:
Our client in Central PINETOWN (KZN) requires a LANDSCAPER & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - to commence by the end of March 2021

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

* Experience : + 10-15 years Landscaping and maintenance

* Languages:    English & Zulu

* Health:        Reasonably fit & healthy for a physically demanding occupation

Knowledge / Duties / Abilities:

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with elderly residents
• Controlling of Staff (+ 20)
• Knowledge of Gardening & Landscaping
• General Repairs to Buildings:

           * Carpentry

           * Plumbing

           * Brickwork

Salary:                  R13,000 – R15,000 p/m, dependant on skills & experience
