Responsible for the ops of the lab daily, ensure the continuity of production. Generate reports on raw material & finished product samples. Testing & administering of raw material and finished product samples. QA. Maintaining the GMP, HACCP & ISO quality systems for the branch & in conjunction with the Quality & Lab Manager. Safety branch Team Leader
Generating Quality reports (CAR reports, Mid-year reports, Annual reports, internal audit reports etc.)
Participate in ISO, AFMA and any regulatory audits.
Assist the branch & relevant technical advisors with any regulatory requirements
ESSENTIAL
Matric (Grade 12)
National Diploma /BSc Analytical Chemistry - completed
Valid SA Code 08/EB driver’s license
5 Yrs’ exp. in LAB TECH position in a Feed milling environ.
Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook
Working of GMP, HACCP and ISO Quality systems would be an advantage.
