Task / Job Role

• ''Maintain high-quality application software solutions that meet Business Users requirements by:
• Work on the applications in a production environment
• Work  on application operational support (L1/L2)
• Desirable to have knowledge in SQL
• ‎Working with the Service Manager and  Business Analysts  to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met
• Exposure in analyzing issues in production system through log files
• Exposure to MSSQL/MySQL database
• Desirable to have knowledge in Incident and problem management
• Desirable to have knowledge in Service now and Confluence
• Desirable to have knowledge in AngularJS/ReactJS.
• Willing to provide 24*7 on-call support for critical issues if required
• Excellent communication with Client and L3 support team
• Nice to have knowledge in Java-related technologies, Java/J2EE, Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate and REST-based Web Services

Must have Skill

Ø Total Experience of 4 – 7 in IT industry with work experience in Production support projects
Ø Exposure in analyzing issues in production system through log files
Ø Exposure to MSSQL/MySQL database
Ø Desirable to have knowledge in Incident and problem management
Ø Desirable to have knowledge in Service now and Confluence
Ø Desirable to have knowledge in AngularJS/ReactJS.
Ø Willing to provide 24*7 on-call support for critical issues if required
Ø Excellent communication with Client and L3 support team
